Levlie At 21

I'm not a big fan of Secret Recipe. I think the food is overrated but I have to agree on how good their cakes are. I'm not much of a desert person and I hate sponge cake but I'll eat cheese cake all day long and never get bored of it. I'm starting to move away from the main topic here pretty fast talking about food.

Yesterday was my sister's Syamimi's birthday. She turned 21 and now is legal to gamble - if gamling was legal here to begin with but that's besides the point. She is now a full blown adult and is now old enough to do whatever an adult can do. [more photos after the break]

Mrs Exclusive's 27th!

Today for the most part has been interesting and fun, especially having lots of food around. We're hanging out in the living room now, laughing at a certain video from YouTube that's been circulating around Twitter for the most part of the day though that's hardly the highlight of today. I'm just a bit distracted now because of it, thanks to Izad and a few others.

Today is JuLeZz's birthday and we celebrated it at home with some of her friends, enjoying lots of food (yes, if you haven't noticed it yet, I'm putting emphasis on it). Tonight has been very relaxing, no rush, no pressure, great food, great company, and best of all, celebrating the birthday of the one person that matters in my life. I wish JuLeZz a great new year, all the best, lots of hugs and may God bless you, always.

First Day Sungkai and 17th Birthday

We spent the first day of breaking our fast at my parents' house. There were 8 of us yesterday and we took up most of the dining room. It wasn't just the first day of Ramadhan at home, we were also celebrating my brother's 17th birthday so we decided to have a big feast.

Before we got there, JuLeZz and I prepared food just for the occasion and when we got there, the kitchen was full of people cooking and food being prepared. We continued the preparing food there.

I haven't got much to write about now so I wish a good new year to my brother! Happy 17th birthday!

August Birthdays

Only two days ago, we celebrated my dad's 51st birthday at Villa Mauri and at some point, everyone got to talk about getting birthday gifts for each other. You see, August is a month of many birthdays for my two families - my two families being mine and JuLeZz's. The torrent of birthday celebrations is marked by my dad's birthday followed by my unable-to-keep-quiet-and-keep-his-comments-to-himself brother's birthday three days after, then my ever so lovely wife JuLeZz's, my didn't-get-to-buy-you-Millie's cookies-coz-you-don't-deserve-it sister's birthday as it continues to my two i'll-go-where-you-go sisters-in-law. And that's not even mentioning cousins, aunts and friends' birthdays.




As you can see, it's a full month and though it may seem a handful to celebrate, it's always fun to do so when it's your immediate family. Nothing like glorious free food. And to make things even better, Ramadhan begins tonight and celebrations will be with held with great feasts!

Mrs Exclusives' 2010 Birthday Gift

In almost one week time, it'll be JuLeZz's birthday and since she loves cooking and baking so much I got her the above gift to complete our kitchen! Thought I'd surprise her by setting it up early.

Santet's 28th Birthday

Just spent the evening at Santet's place for his 28th birthday celebration. It was a good, fun and relaxing night. One that I haven't had for awhile. One of the best things about barbeque parties is the food of course. It's been awhile since I've had home barbequed chicken! With my grill broken, I couldn't really barbeque anything.

Mom's 51st Birthday

Today's my mom's birthday and we celebrated it last night at iLotus. Food was good there as always but phone reception is bad - not that that has anything to do with the food. Anyway, thought I'd share the pictures here since I don't go to facebook anymore. Check out the slides.
